Memorial Contributions & Gifts

Memorial gifts can be made to Miles For Hope to honor, celebrate a special occasion or commemorate a loved one and help us in our fight against brain tumors.

When you send a memorial gift, Miles For Hope will send an acknowledgement of your generosity to the person(s) you designate.

A donation can be made online at Miles For Hope or by mailing in your contribution to:

Please click here to print our gift form and mail it with your check, upon receipt we will send an acknowlegement to the person(s) listed on the form.

If you wish to inform others of your desire for memorial gifts to Miles For Hope for a member of your family, you can instruct the funeral director to include the following in the obituary notice:

"The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Miles For Hope, 1684 North Belcher Road,  Clearwater, FL 33765."
