Participants can choose from one of our many event.
The years our participants can choose from a 100k, 50k, or 25k cycling event, a 5k timed run, 5k walk and a 1m family fun run! By popular request, we have now added the Dual Challenge! For those who want more of a challenge, when you register for the Dual Challenge, this will allow you to participate in the 25k cycling (not timed) and the 5k chip timed run! These participants will leave out at 7am for the 25k cycling and return for the 5k chip timed run that begins at 8am.

All run/walk routes will have water stops.
All cycling rest stops will include water, energy drinks and event appropriate snacks.

We encourage our participants to register as a team and share the experience with friends, family or co-workers! Team members are not required to all participate in the same event and can spread out through the various events. See the "Team Captain" link for additional information.
Fundraising for the event is not required, but is highly encouraged. Click on the "Fundraising" link on the previous page for additional information and helpful fundraising tips.
Register by September 11, 2009 to guarantee receipt of event T-Shirt in your size. After this date, size and availabilty can not be guaranteed. T-Shirts will be available at sign in/registration on the day of the event, for day of registrants, however sizes and quantity is first come first serve and will only be available while quantities last.

There are no refunds. The event will take place, rain or shine. Should the event need to be rescheduled, this date is set for October 24, 2009.
