Help find a cure!
You can honor a friend or loved one by recognizing them on the official event T-Shirt for the "Moving Towards a Cure" 2009 Event.
As an individual fundraiser, raise $500 or more, or as a team raise $2,000 or more for "Moving Towards a Cure ‘09" to have your, or your loved ones, name or your team name listed as a "Together in Hope" sponsor on the event T-Shirts.
In order to be included as a "Together in Hope" sponsor, we must receive the information form, along with the donations below by September 7, 2009. All "Together in Hope" sponsors will also be mentioned the day of the event.
